Role:

 

You will work on monitoring and controlling the production process. In addition, you will be responsible for a number of tasks in the area of maintenance, quality control and registration of process data.  This position is based at our newly established dynamic manufacturing company based in VSIP II-A industrial park in Binh Duong province.

 

Duties will include but not limited to:

 

Startup Phase

 

• Assist in mechanical installation of the equipment

 

Operations Phase

 

• Work according to the safety regulations guidelines

• Responsible for ensuring optimum quality products through the operation of the filling and packaging machines following operational and quality standards, ensuring the product is clean and sterile

• Operate the machines including the startup, changeover, cleaning and stop the installations

• Identify deviations in the production process and intervene when necessary

• Perform required quality checks

• Carefully record the production and quality data

• Responsible for the routine maintenance of the machines

• Maintaining a workplace at a GMP level

• Contribute to the continuous improvement process

 

Requirements:

 

• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in aseptic liquid food/pharmaceutical manufacturing
