Process Validation Specialist

Role:

 

As a Process Validation Specialist you will manage, inspect, test, verify and validate the processing equipment, and procedures used in the manufacturing of our products. You will ensure that all systems are running correctly and efficiently to produce high-quality products and to provide technical support for new product development activities.    


The position is located in our state of art manufacturing facility in VSIP II-A industrial park in Binh Duong province. In this role, you will be reporting to the Product Development Manager.  

 

Duties will include but not limited to:

 

  • Coordination with stakeholders and providing technical support during project conceptualization for new product development

  • Collaborating in the planning sessions on capacity planning and providing expert inputs from a process point of view

  • Preparing and controlling the technology transfer documents to ensure complete turnover of technology to stakeholders 

  • Designing validation protocols for testing the systems used to manufacture products 

  • Overseeing the development of new processes and troubleshooting existing ones 

  • Identifying measures or indications of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the capabilities of the system

  • Developing validation master plans, process flow diagrams, test cases, or standard operating procedures

  • Preparing validation/performance qualification protocols for new/modified manufacturing processes, systems, or equipment

  • Maintaining databases for tracking validation activities, test results, or validated systems

  • Identifying deviations from established product or process standards and  recommending solutions

  • Preparing reports based on results of validation and qualification tests or reviews of procedures and protocols

  • Studying product characteristics or customer requirements and conferring with management to determine validation objectives and standards

  • Working with internal and external teams to develop and improve new and existing product processes while containing costs and maintaining or improving product quality

  • Conducting process and skills training to target production key personnel 

 

Requirements:

 

  • +5 years of previous work experience in Dairy or Beverage Industry

  • Academic degree within the area of Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology or a similar area

  • Solid knowledge in Food Hygiene, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, 5S, Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Manufacturing Process and Quality Systems

  • Has knowledge in scaling up manufacturing processes

  • Knowledge of Statistical Process Control
